Yards and yards of yarn

Hi beauties!
Today I want to take a little time to share some of the lovely treasures you can find at our store.
As you will see, we a have a little of everything, and even more on the way.
We are expecting a new shipment of crochet yarn and a few other surprises.
So before the merchandise arrives, I'd like to share with you some
of yarns and threads that are already available.

Be Sweet is one of my favorite brands, I  love softness of this 100% cotton, and the purpose and history behind Be Sweet Products is an added bonus.

These next four yarns are Gorgeous!!!! Flame Hand Painted from Punto Yarns are 100% wool
and are best suited for size 15 needles. We have them available in 4 outstanding color combinations.
My favorite?? The blue, green and yellow colors just call out my name! We also have
Flame Solids in Green and Black. For pattern ideas click here.

Also from Punta Yarns, we have a few skeins of this Lace Space Dyed decadent 100% Merino.

The photo just doesn't do justice to this amazing color. We also have a few skeins of the blue and turquoise Punto Lace Space Dyed.

Moving on to Aslan Trends Natural Luxury Yarn.  This blue Del Sur merino wool is amazing to work with.

Aslan Trend's Bariloche collection is kettle hand dyed composition wool.
Each skein is approximately 175 yards, and the colors are outstanding!

Also from Aslan Trends we have quite a few colors of the Royal Alpaca yarns. This ultrasoft yarn comes in brown, green, pink, orange, a wonderful yellow, and a few others, and they are all perfect fall colors, warm and rich. And as they say, "with the right care, it will last forever."

The last of the yarns I want to feature today is Glaciar del Cielo. 100% cotton, ultra soft, easy to work with and this is the purest white ever!!! We also have it available in pale yellow and pale pink, its perfect for babies, or for those of us who need a light cardigan for the caribbean winter!!!

And there you have it, at least for now. Later this week we should be receiving some new things, and as soon as we do, I will share it with all of you. In the meantime, remember to check our announcement section at the top of the page and our facebook page for up to date information on our classes an activities.

Hi beauties...

...with halloween around the corner I'd like to feature a few great ideas for hand made costumes.
Owl Earflap hat CROCHET PATTERN includes 4 sizes

I have to say this is my favorite, and I'm tempted to make it for my toddler!!! Its just too cute! You can find the pattern for the hat at Inner Hooker, a great source for crochet patterns. They have patterns for frog beanies, bunny ears, bears, racoons and even mice. Its a great and comfortable way to dress up a baby, and of course, keep him/her cute and warm.
